Worship at CHBC is a celebration of Gods presence among His people. Distinguished by exciting praise and effective preaching, worship is a time for all people to come before God's throne and give Him the glory and honor due His name. Our services are built around inspiring music lead by ONE VOICE and the CHBC ORCHESTRA with Bible-based, life changing messages by our pastor, Dr. Greg Burton. We seek to bring worshipers into a fresh and exciting encounter with the living God through music, drama and other vehicles of worship. Visitors are always welcome and we strive to make you feel like family.

ONE VOICE (Adult)
Each weekour adults lead God's people in praise and adoration of His greatness. This choir is open to any adult who desires to use their talent in becoming worship leaders in the music ministry. ONE VOICE also joins the EASTER/CHRISTMAS CHORUS to present seasonal music involving Christmas, Easter, and Patriotic as well as Praise and Worship Musicals.
HANDBELLS

(Senior Adults)
HEAVEN BOUND is for Senior Adults (anyone over 55 years of age) who not only enjoy singing the old favorite hymns, but have a desire to learn new songs. Gospel music is a vital part of this choir and its ministry. HEAVEN BOUND fills the choir loft one Sunday morning each month at the 8:30 AM worship service. They also present musicals throughout the year involving Sr. Adult Day in May, Patriotic Presentations, Christmas, and at local nursing homes and assisted living locations. HEAVEN BOUND also travels on choir tours and attends many Sr. Adult sponsored conventions throughout the year.
XTREME (Youth)
This is the choir for students in grades 6-12. XTREME leads in the worship services as well as preparing contemporary youth musicals/dramas to perform throughout the year. Choir Tours, Dinner Theater and events such as SonPower are also a part of this group's ministry.
SHINE (Ladies Ensemble)
SHINE is an auditioned ladies ensemble that presents music to lead in worship. Once a year SHINE presents a concert of music they have learned. SHINE is also available to sing at engagements outside the church as schedules allow.
ORCHESTRA
The primary responsibility of the CHBC ORCHESTRA is to accompany our congregational singing in worship each Sunday. This group adds an element of excitement in worship as they use their talents for God's glory. Contact the Minister of Music for more information.
HYMNS IN MY HEART (Children)
In this group we provide an incentive for children to learn the great hymns of our Christian faith. Children who memorize nine hymns throughout the choir year receive a Baptist Hymnal with his/her name engraved in gold. Those who have sung hymns for more than one year receive other specific awards acknowledging their achievements.
BANNER
This ministry is a wonderful opportunity to be involved in the designing, construction and presentation of banners bearing the many names and attributes of God. BANNERS are primarily used in seasonal programs, however, they are also used during regular worship service and other special events.
CHILDREN'S MUSIC ACTIVITIES (CMA)
The music ministry has a choir for any child age 4 through 5th grade. These choirs perform musicals each spring and also sing in the worship services. Throughout the year, special activities, parties and recognitions are planned to encourage growth in all areas of a child's life.
SEASONAL CHORUS (Adult)
One Voice invites others to join them for Christmas, Easter and special occasions in presenting seasonal music for these special events. Rehearsals are on Sunday nights, 6:00 pm in the choir room. This chorus is open to all adults in the church. For more information, contact Allen Bowling.
